Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unused and unopened items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Apparel must have original tags attached

  • Books must be unread and undamaged

  • Items must be in their original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital products or downloadable items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or excessive wear

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
