To the partner I have not met…

Here is a little throwback photo of me as a hard-charging patrol cop. As a crayon-eating jar-head, I was not able to memorize all of our radio codes or criminal codes, case laws, etc. So, I started organizing cheat-sheets from the agency….then the state…then the country.
